- 4 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup green candy melts
- 0.25 cup creamy peanut butter
- 0.5 tbsp vegetable or coconut oil
- 0.75 cup powdered sugar (or up to 1 cup)
- 0.25 cup green M&Ms
- 0.25 cup shamrock sprinkles
- 0.25 cup Lucky Charms shamrock marshmallows
Instructions
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine green candy melts, peanut butter, and oil. Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds, stir, then continue in 15-second bursts until completely smooth.
- Immediately pour the Rice Chex cereal into the melted mixture. Gently fold with a spatula until every piece is evenly coated.
- Transfer the coated cereal to a gallon-sized zip-top bag. Add the powdered sugar, seal the bag, and shake vigorously until every piece is coated in sugar.
- Pour the sugar-coated cereal onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread out and let set for 5-10 minutes.
- Transfer the set cereal to a large bowl. Gently stir in the green M&Ms, shamrock sprinkles, and Lucky Charms marshmallows.
