Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 medium green apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 inch fresh ginger (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup cold water (adjust for desired consistency)

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients by washing all fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Peel the cucumber and chop it into small chunks. Core the green apple and chop it into pieces. Cut the pineapple into small, juicy chunks, discarding the tough core.
  • Add the chopped pineapple, cucumber, green apple, baby spinach, and ginger (if using) to the juicer. Process the ingredients according to your juicer’s instructions, alternating between soft and hard ingredients to ensure even juicing.
  • Once all the ingredients are juiced, stir in the fresh lemon juice and cold water. Taste and adjust the consistency or sweetness by adding more water or a touch of honey if desired.
  • Pour the juice into glasses filled with ice cubes for a refreshing chill. Serve immediately and enjoy the vibrant, hydrating flavors of your Pineapple Cucumber Green Juice!

Notes

Pro Tips: For the best flavor, use ripe pineapple and chilled ingredients. If you prefer a smoother juice, strain it through a fine-mesh sieve to remove pulp. Add a squeeze of lemon or lime to enhance the brightness of the juice. Serve immediately for the freshest taste. Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Shake well before serving. Variations: Add a small piece of ginger for a spicy kick, or swap spinach for kale if you prefer a heartier green flavor.
