Ingredients

  • 1 9-12 oz bag frozen cheese ravioli (any filling)
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 0.25 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • as needed cooking spray or oil spray
  • to taste salt and black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce, warmed (for serving)

Instructions

  • Set up egg and seasoned breadcrumb stations. Dip frozen ravioli in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
  • Arrange in single layer in oiled basket. Spray with oil. Air fry at 370°F for 8-10 mins, flipping halfway.
  • Arrange on parchment-lined sheet, spray with oil. Bake at 425°F for 12-15 mins, flipping halfway.
  • Garnish with extra parmesan and herbs. Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce.

Notes

Pro Tips: For the crispiest results, use panko breadcrumbs and cook in a single layer without crowding. Keep the ravioli frozen when breading—it's much easier and prevents a gummy texture. Lightly spraying the ravioli with oil before cooking helps them brown beautifully. For a flavor boost, add a ¼ cup of grated parmesan directly to the breadcrumb mixture.
