- 1 9-12 oz bag frozen cheese ravioli (any filling)
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 0.25 cup grated parmesan cheese
- as needed cooking spray or oil spray
- to taste salt and black pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce, warmed (for serving)
Set up egg and seasoned breadcrumb stations. Dip frozen ravioli in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
Arrange in single layer in oiled basket. Spray with oil. Air fry at 370°F for 8-10 mins, flipping halfway.
Arrange on parchment-lined sheet, spray with oil. Bake at 425°F for 12-15 mins, flipping halfway.
Garnish with extra parmesan and herbs. Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce.
Pro Tips: For the crispiest results, use panko breadcrumbs and cook in a single layer without crowding. Keep the ravioli frozen when breading—it's much easier and prevents a gummy texture. Lightly spraying the ravioli with oil before cooking helps them brown beautifully. For a flavor boost, add a ¼ cup of grated parmesan directly to the breadcrumb mixture. These pair perfectly with our Easy Creamy Tomato Basil Soup for dipping.
