Ingredients

  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Steam or blanch broccoli florets until just tender (about 3-4 minutes). Drain well.
  • In a large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, turkey bacon, garlic, ½ cup mozzarella, ½ cup cheddar, and ranch dressing. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle remaining ½ cup cheddar and ½ cup mozzarella evenly over the top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, until hot and bubbly with golden edges. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
