Ingredients

  • 2 large flatbreads or naan
  • 1.5 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 0.75 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix shredded chicken with ½ cup BBQ sauce.
  • Place flatbreads on baking sheet. Brush with olive oil.
  • Spread thin BBQ sauce layer. Add cheese, chicken, onion, then more cheese.
  • Bake 10-12 minutes until golden and cheese is bubbly.
  • Top with fresh cilantro, slice, and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results: use a light hand with BBQ sauce to prevent sogginess, brush flatbread with oil before adding toppings for extra crispiness, and add fresh herbs after baking for maximum flavor.
